How To Leave a Podcast Review In iTunes

Like anything on social media and many other internet sites these days, leaving a review or rating in iTunes goes a long ways toward keeping my content at the forefront of my niche. Authors, musicians, and other content providers know the importance of these reviews!

While leaving an iTunes review may not be quite as simple and intuitive as perhaps an Amazon product review, in a few simple steps you can leave me an honest review and help boost the Edspiration rankings. It should take less than 5 minutes!

I love hearing from my readers and listeners as much as I love sharing great content with them! I would love it if you would follow these simple steps and leave a short, and of course honest, review.

Step 1: Go to the Edspiration iTunes preview page.

 

Step 2: Click the “View In iTunes” button.

Then you will see this page:

Step 3: Subscribe to my podcast.

Click on the “Subscribe” button underneath the image as shown above. This step may or may not be necessary for leaving a review, but I would love it if you would subscribe! Subscriptions also boost the rankings of the podcast.

Step 4: Click on the “Ratings and Reviews” button as shown in the image above.

 

Step 5: Leave a rating – from one to five stars.

If you love the podcast, please consider leaving a five-star rating!

Step 6: Write a brief and honest review of the podcast (1-3 sentences).

That is it! You will not see any confirmation pop up for the review. The box will disappear and the review will be accepted. It takes a day or two for the review to show up, so don’t be surprised if you don’t see it right away.
