As an educator you will meet and have to teach students who’ve had traumatic experiences. In this interview, Jethro Jones explains how to preempt outbursts by taking a trauma sensitive approach that helps young people refocus and learn.

Jethro Jones is the Principal of Kodiak Middle School and host of the Transformative Principal Podcast.
